This is one of the six restaurants available at the Valentin Imperial Maya. Mind you, this is the only restaurant that takes reservations and I can see why.
Similar to a Beni-Hana, we arrived early for our seating but when we made reservations, I wasn't aware that it was for the Hibachi. We were seated amongst three other couples and it's the same routine as if you were at a Beni-Hana.
We liked it so much we came two days later and had the restaurant side with sushi. The sushi and Japanese dishes were quite good. Overall, I highly recommend dining here. The food was better than any of the other restaurants at Valentin.
